Live in or near Houston? Let's talk reputable detail shops!

As the delivery of my X6 M Competition draws near, I'm seeking your recommendations for top-notch detail shops. Previously, I've had great experiences with Vive Houston for Stek PPF and Modesta ceramic coating, as well as Houston PPF for XPEL XR Plus nano ceramic tint. It's been about five years since I last navigated this process, so I'm eager to explore current options.

Additionally, I'm considering the IND front and rear reflector delete, which appears to be quite an intricate job. Has anyone here had experience with this installation? Your insights and advice would be incredibly helpful!

Bump! Surprising there are no recommendations. I'd think there would be a decent amount of people from Houston on this forum.

Did you end up getting Ppf installed in the Houston area? If so, who did you go to and how was it? Rough pricing?

For ceramic coating I have used Apex Auto Detail in Sugar Land. He has now done 3 of my vehicles and the work is flawless! He was the one who recommended I use Gulf Coast Auto Shield for PPF and Tint. They also do excellent work. Just got my x5 back from PPF and Tint and I go in to Apex on Tuesday for ceramic coating.

When I lived in Houston, I used to take all of my vehicles to Brent at Active Auto Detailing for CeramicPro once and IGL Kenzo 10H the other times. He works out of his garage (which he's made into a very large multi-vehicle shop) in the Greenway area. He's always been very well priced and even though he's "garage-based," he's been(or at least was) IGL's #1 installer for several years. I don't hesitate to recommend his work any time I have the opportunity to.

I've used XPEL Houston (I think they used to be called Houston Clear Bra) for tint and PPF on a few of my cars. They're off 45 north between Richey/Airtex.

I never had any complaints about their work and they always worked with me to coordinate the job with vehicle delivery.

I didn't get PPF on the X5 because, quite frankly, I like to trade-in every 2-3 years and it just didn't seem worth it to me anymore. But if I were going to, I would've used XPEL Houston again.
