2024 X5M LCI - Order accepted

Hello,

I am very excited to announce that I have what looks to be my dealer's very first LCI X5M allocation .
The order was accepted Saturday and now waiting for production to start.

After buying white cars for 10 years, and now driving a carbon black F85, I went with MBB and Silverstone full merino.
Attached my current build spec.

Given the few options, I pretty much have it fully loaded, but I do have a question about wheels.
I am 99% sure I will got with the black wheels except there seems to be confusion between the build sheet/option list and what we will actually get.
The build sheet list the black wheels as 809M Black wheels, yet the German configurator states that they are in fact the 818M wheels.
Can anyone confirm that the US models will get the 818M wheels?

I will try my best to document the process and hopefully post lots of pictures and detailed post of the car once it arrives.

Star spokes are back?! Hmm. May have to give the LCI another look. Mind sharing your deal? Any ADM/Markup? Money Factor?

I am still confused as to which ones correspond to the black wheels. As I stated, the official BMW ordering guide that the dealers are receiving shows the 818M in the small picture, but lists them as 809M wheels.

As far as pricing, we haven't discussed that in detail yet, plus I might trade back 1 or 2 cars. Once I get closer to a delivery date, I'll start figuring that out.

Nice.

I also got my order in on Saturday morning after waiting for the last 6 months for these LCI's to start being produced.

Toronto red, Silverstone and the Bi Colored 818's.

After whites and grey colors in the past I decided to roll a different color.

Now the wait....

It’s an error from the build sheet. Here’s a picture of the Canadian one. The only black ones are the 818.

Yeah - Canadian sheet shows the 1TF as a "Burnished" 818M. The sheet someone was nice enough to post on here a few days ago shows that wheel as "Bi-Colored". It is the same wheel as both have the 1TF code.

Not as crazy as configuring a Porsche but I hear you...at this rate an X5M will cost over 200K in 10 years!

Perhaps even next gen as someone else built one the other day and it totaled $140,995 before tax and DMV.

Already started browsing the F95 section for a list of future parts .

Hopefully most parts are interchangeable with the non LCI version, such as reflectors and other cosmetic bits.

The rear exhaust looks to be a different part number than the Pre-LCI X5M. The tips are the same however.

Just a thought not a fact but perhaps it was changed because of those new EU emission/noise regulations that affected MB and Audi. They had some changes to their exhaust. Most notably on the S/W213 E63. Huge difference between pre and post.
