BMC Filters

How many have tried these? Other than not having to buy factory filters every again, are their any noticeable differences?

Been selling a lot of them to guys that wants to keep stock look.
Based on my experiences, it gives you better engine response due to less restrictive air filter. Especially if you have tune and better flow exhaust system.
In stock form, you won't notice anything.

Will these (pre lci x5m filters) fit LCI models? Or how can I check? Thanks!

Yes it does.
I have cross checked in the parts catalog, pre-LCI and LCI shares the same air intake.

Ok perfect! Thank you for always replying fast. Yes, right now there aint much info regarding the LCI versions. Would be nice to see a Post about those mods that can be shared with Pre LCI and those that dont. Thanks again.

We don’t have charcoal filter in Canada. Mine didn’t.

I guess thats good! The good thing is that it takes only 1-2 seconds to remove them.

I have the LCI, cant talk about the pre lci models. I had a G80 and F80 and both had too. I think they use it for emission purposes if Im not mistaken so Im not surprised that models in other Countries might not have it.
