With base money factor of 0.00128, 58% residual and adding $925 acquisition fee, the monthly lease payment is around $758 without taxes rolled in. I'm not aware of the sales tax in the county you live in! I think it's 4% plus county taxes. Edit: I'm assuming that the sale price you mentioned doesn't include $1250 loyalty |

No, it is true. The taxes are due upfront to the state on the total lease amount when you sign the lease. That doesn't mean that the taxes can't be rolled into the lease but they are paid when the lease is signed.

Can someone please provide a break down of all the 'fees and charges' you can pay at signing, instead of it being rolled into the loan and paying interest on it? I'm not putting anything down on the car itself, instead as recommended here, we're doing the MSD. But I can also pay up front anything else that I'd have to otherwise pay anyway.
Leasehackr says I can pay the aquisition fee up front. What else is there that I can ask that they take out of the monthly payments so I can pay at signing? |

Hi all - I'm planning to purchase an X5 M50i and wondered if anyone has insight in December/EOY pricing/promos/deals versus waiting until Jan/Feb/March. I would prefer to wait until mid-Q1, due to some other life stuff coming up, but also hate the idea of overpaying and/or missing out on any promos. I know EOY is supposed to be the best time to buy and I might miss out on "some" promos, but does anyone have any insight or experience with previous EOY vs Q1 price comparisons? Am I missing out on a really good deal by waiting?
BTW I am planning to do PCD and have read the rumors about production delays, so also wondering if I might not take delivery until Feb/March anyway (which is ideal for me). Thanks! |

Thanks all...so remind me, when you place the initial order you put down a deposit, and then don't "close" on the car with all the financial stuff until right before going out to PCD...correct? So in theory you could order now to lock in the EOY promos and close in Feb...? Might work for me (unless anyone has thoughts on price comparisons for waiting until Q1).

This is exactly what I just did. Placed an order last Friday. It will most likely be built sometime late Jan/early Feb with a performance center delivery in March.

Decided to use a lease broker because I was capping out at about 10.5%.
2020 X5 xdrive40i $65,400 MSRP $692/mo 7 MSDs + Base MF 00128 $2800 DAS 12k/yr Only got conquest+CCA rebate on top. Plan to lease another BMW in ~12 months so will at least get to use loyalty discount at some point in the future and maximize the CCA rebates.

Discounts are regional but since you are going PCD you can buy from anywhere. Seems like around 10% is what many are shooting for and obtaining.

You are getting a 14.5% discount from MSRP which is good although we have not had many people posting about the 2019s lately so hard to judge. What is the MF and RV they are using? |

I got ~11.5% off a 2020 custom order (before incentives) in the DC area...it was fairly easy to get 10% off as a starting point so I would target that especially if doing PDC.
