Sounds like a pre-configured vehicle that was already en route to the dealer. I don't think this is what the OP had in mind.

An X5 will typically take a few days to reach Charleston from Greer/Spartanburg, then spend 3 weeks on a ship from Charleston to a European port, plus about a week to reach the Czech Republic from said European port. So expect a total of 4-5 weeks for transportation and paperwork in the destination country from the time when the X5 leaves the plant in Greer.

He ordered just the spoiler. Not the whole car.

Did we come to a conclusion here? And if the answer is that "it will fit the M Sport model.. Where is the best place to buy a Genuine OEM unit?

How easy was the installation process?

Care to share also more information on your black rear diffuser? Considering changing out my standard one as well, but not really willing to spend 1k on the carbon m performance one.

I was trying to remove just the top part (body color) of the rear spoiler today. The 4 torx screws came out easily but there are 2 clips/fasteners that are really holding on and kept me from removing it. I was afraid I would crack that top part, so I gave up.
Anyone know of a way to get those 2 clips to release? You just can't see where they are.

Someone posted this picture that shows under the spoiler. I'm waiting to get mine back from the paint shop.

I was the one who posted this photo. I went back at it a couple days later and did remove it, hence the photo. The two white clips do hold on and don't want to let go. But with enough persuasion , they made a loud popping sound and released.
