If laziness or time is issue, there are detailing shops like down in the video, or personally you need 15 min to detail driver's seat max. Leather does have coating from the factory, so just cleaning seats with wet wipes will clean surface. I'm not even talking about special leather cleaners, which are whole different level. This is professional cleaning, take a look on results before and after. If you live in Phoenix or some other "sunny" area, you need white seats.
