Sorry for beating a dead horse here, but when I look up part# 51-14-2-472-840 it only says "black" - and just curious if it's confirmed to be gloss black?

I also can't find the "xdrive40i" in gloss black (outside of $110 on IND). Anyone have that part number for an X6? I've been looking at Brit's site but they seem to only have the M50i badge.

I'm having the same issue. Not sure If I want to pay $115 just for the xdrive badge. Might make sense to buy the black OEM X6 badge and just remove the xdrive badge.

Font size is still 1" but square look as compared to the original chrome which was angled.

Just realized I never posted mine here. Got them in black from the dealer. Rears are OEM. Side M's are the smaller black (supposedly OEM) off eBay.

Loving the cleaner look.

The OEM black badge appears to be for the X5M COMP w/ the COMP package - you can see it here on this car (skip to 6:45 on the video)

Not sure which one I like better, leaning toward the italic one which you can only buy from IND right now.

The side M's? It was German eBay so that probably won't help you much, but there were multiple options available, I picked the cheapest that looked the most official. Apparently gloss black is harder to find than matte black. Go figure. They're nominally smaller than the factory side Ms, but I'm a fan of the all black. Think I paid like 40 Euros. They came with very fake looking "item numbers" on the packaging. Doubt they're real BMW parts, but who knows.

Your X5 looks amazing! I love the winter because I have the same rims for my winter setup. The summer is the bi-colour, same style. Didn't have the option in 2019 to get the black rims.

I got the same gloss fender badges. They've been on for 2 years / 2 winters and they still look like new.
