The website on Aliexpress says it's attached using screws. Pretty much all of these spoilers have self tapping screws that hold these on, plus some provided with double sided tape, but I would always say use the screws without a doubt.

Tbh i prefer not to screw any hole on my car but at the same time i dont trust the 3m tape at all
