I've got a Diesel 30d.
In the city, which is blended urban and some freeway driving, I get around 28-30mpg. On the highway I get between 38-40mpg. Driving mode obviously makes a big difference, and since changing default driving mode to "Adaptive", my mileage has dropped slightly in the city - probably around 28mpg, but I'm willing to wear it, I cant stand Comfort or Eco mode - feels like I'm driving a 2-litre (20d) Diesel instead of a 3-Litre (30d). |

My 40i gets around 12 mpg. I do 50/50 comfort and standard sport. 10% if my driving is sport individual. I do zero auto/off and 1% eco pro/sport+
My gas light comes on around 240 miles. Next fill up i want to try and see how much miles with just eco pro |

No Fibbing,
I have got 45mpg on M1 motorway. 85 mile trip. 20 mile stretch of roadworks with 50 mph limit and about 67 mph on the rest of the journey in eco pro. Purposefully took it easy to see the most i could get. Not representative of real world driving but the 30D will achieve this in the right circumstances. |

M6 has a large stretch of 50 road works. I imagine staying at around 65 and then 50 would achieve mid 40's

If it's like my G30 then I'm due to some large improvements in mpg. That went from 40mpg to mid 50s when I got over 10k on the clock (obviously instantly! As it went from 8k to 14k, gradually improved).
Currently only getting 30 mpg, 35 over longer runs |

S drive 40i. Mostly city driving but lots of hills, I get around 18mpg in comfort mode. Haven't seen a big difference in comfort mode. Likely because of all the hills around me.

Our 30d is currently around 32mpg (UK) with a mix of town and short motorway runs (<15miles), with a few longer runs bringing it up 2-3 mpg as the average.
Best figure on screen was in the first 700 miles, on our return journey from the Peak District back up the M6 - average showing 47.7mpg (wife took the photo). Well impressed, even with it being the on-board figure and still being run in. |
