Installing Spacers - Recommendations on Torque Wrench and Socket?

I'm going to try and install my spacers and wanted to know if anyone has recommendations on a reasonably priced torque wrench and socket set. I'm new to this but I've read that it's important to torque it appropriately when putting the wheels back on.

So my questions are:
- Any recommendations on torque wrench and socket
- What size sockets do I need? I have the stock 22" 742M wheels
- What do I torque it to? I've read 105 lb.

Thanks in advance and hope you all are staying safe.
