Is the $2k Cash Credit new for January?

Can it be combined with the $2k APR Credit?

Good point. It does seen like that is offered by BMWNA and the other is offered by BMWFS. Can anyone confirm? My car is in and ready for pickup. I sign all paperwork and pickup Saturday.

"NON-FS FUNDED" likely means not financed by BMW Financial Services, so no APR Credit.

Looks like you get $2000 credit for just buying cash. Wonder if it can be combined with Loyalty? Need some insider like Jay to answer.

9.2% sales tax, California nickel and dime fees galore? Final price ends up more than MSRP?

Time to move out of California my friend.

It might be too late or you may not want the hassle but you can finance for a minimal amount and then pay the loan off in a few months. Its an easy two grand.

USAA Discount increased from $500 to $1000.

APR Credit of $2000 stayed the same, but there is now a dealer allowance of $2000 as well. I'm supposed to take delivery in about 2 weeks. I called the CA and told him I'd like the $2k dealer allowance as well. He had to go speak to the manger - we'll see.

My understanding is the BMW NA (or FS) pays for all these incentives. Any reason they wouldn't give it to me? I'm not asking for any additional discount out of dealers pocket from what we agreed to when order was placed.

What is this $2000 dealer allowance? And how to ask for it if we have already locked in the rates.

Can you provide more information on that allowance? I don't see it posted on any of BMWs pages

I'm certainly not complaining about the ~$11500 off in already getting on my X5 but another $2k would be nice

Is someone able to post the Jan. finance rates for New Jersey? My dealer said they're all above 4.5% for 60 mo. but I'm seeing more favorable rates posted here, albeit in different states. I'm hoping there are rate options better than 4.5% and a finance incentive as well.

See link below for all incentives. Many (but not all) BMW dealers have a page like this on their sites. This is a dealer in Houston.

https://www.momentumbmw.net/global-i...d3c5a77f4f.htm

You'll see there are 2 cash offers. The 1st one is NEW for January and was not there in December. Anyone have further insight?

1) Dealer Allowance: $2,000 Cash Back On Select BMW Models
MANUFACTURER OFFERS
$2,000 cash back
Offer only valid 1/03/2019 through 1/31/2019
Applies to select new 2019 BMW X5.

Details:
Dealer Contribution cashback may not be available in all areas, to all consumers, or to all dealers. Dealers who participate may not be able to contribute the entire cashback amount.

2) Financing Offer : $2,000 Cash Back On Select BMW X5 Models
MANUFACTURER OFFERS
$2,000 cash back
Offer only valid 1/03/2019 through 1/31/2019
Applies to select new 2019 BMW X5.

My Dealer has this offer listed on the website. seems like it is coming from the BMW manufacturer. Should I just ask my CA? We had already locked in the rates in December.

It looks like the cash purchase incentive for people to still get the $2000 even without using BMW FS for some of it.

Looks specific to that dealer. My dealer shows a loyalty and recent college grad offers.

yeah that is what my CA is telling me. he said you are financing so you are getting the same 2000$ as rebate.

What if we pay some down payment as cash?

if anyone is getting both offers, please share.

Just means if you pay cash or buy using your own financing you will still get $2000 cash...I doubt you can get both but who knows

I have no clue why they use all of the different terminology that gets pretty confusing, but it's basically $2000 on a purchase - whether you finance through BMW or pay cash/use outside financing. It just has a different name but there are not two separate $2000 credits available.

Just confirmed for the 2nd time with a sales director that the $500 was reduced to $250 if you go with BMW financing. This is taken from the USAA website:

$1,000 additional incentive

Incentives for eligible 2018 and 2019 models.
$250 incentive available for Lease and Retail Loan financed through BMW Financial Services.
Exception - FS Lease not available for i3.
Incentive available for eligible new vehicles as well as the first consumer sale of demonstrators/loaner vehicles up to 4999 miles.

I am confused. Is it 250 or 1000?
