Best bike rack for trailer hitch (2 bikes)

I picked up the “Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Rack” last spring and it worked great for a couple longer trips with 2 e-bikes.

It's been awhile but wasn't there a whole fiasco with Quikr or has that all been addressed.....

We have a NV 2 and haven't taken a deep dive, but the Piston Pro is supposedly to be in the same market for the 1Up Gang.
