Whooshing sound from center dash?

Hoping someone can help with a strange issue I’m having: Had a cracked windshield. Safelite replaced the windshield. First drive after, I noticed a weird whooshing sound when on throttle. It sounds like it’s coming from the grille on the center of the top of the dash. It almost sounds like a fan blowing air, but it’s directly proportional to throttle input and it persists when the A/C is off. Anyone have any ideas?
