should I be concerned I have been in QC since last night? Other posts I read say they have breezed through.

No, not at all. First of all it is not a real time update and it takes time to fix some things. Let's say they found a scratch in your trim, it will be a bit until they get a new piece and fix it. While the majority of vehicles are in and out in a few hours it is not uncommon to be a few days.
