Not sure about that, but I AM sure that the tC came out before the IS350 and for the IS to be based on the styling of the tC is the reason I was turned off by Lexus. What a dumb move.

I'm sorry...I see absolutely no resemblance to BMW whatsoever.

The tC looks like this:

Ok...I see absolutely no resemblance of the front lights to BMW whatsoever.

But I think the same thing goes for body style/design. How many designs can there be before many of them begin to look similar? The same thing goes for headlights (or anything else for that matter.)

I think most are referring to that tC's thin line on top of the front headlights
which resembles 3 series, 5 series, 6 series, 7 series, 8 series, 9 series and
and... ok. I went too far. You get the idea.

I like the tC a lot, if I was to buy a cool little car for 18k that'd be my choice. Too many Civics around.

And yeah the headlights look BMW, that's why they look good!

^ exactly what Xens said. If I had 18k to buy a car, tC would be my choice.
Saw a white one with gunmetal 18s and drop. it looked just pure beautiful.

That thing was a copy and paste job, laziest design ever. It's supposed to feature BMW's headlights and Hoffmeister kink, Audi's then signature double-grille (now they sport the big mouth look) and Lexus' high waistline. Poser
