Jack Points / Spot For Jack Stands

I am going to ceramic coat my wheels this weekend and I was curious if there are alternate jack points other than the 4 pad locations shown here...

https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/g...way/1VnYOgkQ38

It is hard to get the car on jack stands if these are the only jack points. Some BMW have a jack point under the front on the vehicle, but I don't see any indication there is one. How are you guys getting your truck on stands?

Sorry so late but I usually jack my cars up by the suspension (so the lower arms should work) if I'm afraid of crushing any body panels etc. haven't found the points on my X5 just yet.

Since I wasn’t actually under the car, I just went jacks on both side jack points. I was removing the wheels to ceramic coat them with CQuartz UK 3.0. Doing the whole vehicle next week.

So how did you inset the jack stand if you use the jack to lift the car at those 4 indicated spot?

I have same question! I'm looking at swapping my winters/summers every year on new X5 and once you use those spots to raise the car with the jack where would the jack stands go? At first look, it appears one would be trying to occupy the same space at the same time with the jack stand and the floor jack.

Any photos or explainer how to do this for us novices is appreciated.

thanks

I got my SA to confirm that jack point in the center front that gaps the splash shield IS in fact a jack point. The rear gets a bit more muddy.

I ended up changing the wheels one at a time. Just jack up the car with lift and no jack stand. I am not working under the cat anyway.
Takes longer, but get the job done eventually

Only need jack stands if your going to work under the car. If just swapping winter/summers, just do one wheel at a time.

Sorry, downloaded the picture to blow up and seen Quick Jacks.

I bought them a few years back from Quickjack.com ( Bendpack Company) https://www.quickjack.com/ . I have the 7000 EXT. This was the longest version they had at the time and it fit my E71 and Audi A4 perfectly. However, BMW changed the jack point spread on the G05/G06 platform so now they are too short to use them along the rails on the X6M F96 so I use them across which is totally acceptable ( Per quickjack). They do have longer ones now, the BL6000XLT. If you plan on using them for multiple vehicles like I do make sure you measure and get the most appropriate ones. The longer ones may not fit between the wheels of other vehicles with shorter wheelbases. I also have the truck adapters.
