Not all of them here sucks, but not a fan of negotiating. I did my homework (research on this forum), told them to apply the qualified offers/rebates and how much I'm willing to spend. maybe spend an hr via email and 30mins at the dealership to get a done deal. Probably the easiest sale for them and less headache on me. We bought our 4 out of state and it was too much work (flying there/driving back/registration), though savings was slightly more.

Depends on how you do things, I paid $0 additional for delivery of my X5. I should've been more specific, Scottsdale is worse for negotiating for obvious reasons

True, that makes its worth while... Yes, I live less than 5 mins away from the Scottsdale dealership and I ended up going to Chandler to order. Scottsdale salesmen are use to having rich folks walking and paying full retail without hesitation. probably not use to having people like me working them

WOW, That changed fast. My M50D went into production yesterday with 3rd row. I't was originally a week 50 build that got pushed to late april because of shortage of laser lights so I'm technically 12 weeks behind, but last time I checked I was scheduled 5 weeks later so I'm happy.

It's rushing through. Finished production today with 3rd row and laser lights

i do not believe so, as there is still an option for the air suspension, but the 3rd row is no longer available.

no. I cancelled 3rd row option and just getting AIR with Active Steering.

I did the same thing, but I Hope you didn’t get laser lights in your build. Possibly another delay becasue of shortage in parts. I got noticed today on my re-order!

I have received the new x5 M50d. I ordered the 3 rd row seating. No one knows how to use it. Including myself. The seats are all automatic. Sound simple.... Have you the rear windows lock activated?

If so you cannot move the Second Row Seats.

i really wished 3rd row wasnt delayed. guess settling for the spare tire option and not having to wait 2+ months is the compromise

This happened to me, I drive 25 minutes with my head almost up against the windscreen. It is because the cycle of 2nd row/1st row forward and back has not been completed properly. Take out any child seats, remove any obstructions and then re-cycle both sides (hold down either the rocker on the seat shoulder, or the access to third row button on the seat side until it finishes the cycle).

hey everyone so I ordered my x5 with 3rd row seating at the beginning of feb and supposedly it was supposed to be done in 4 weeks, now production keeps getting pushed back until week 18 apparently... but i just got a call from my dealer saying that bmw has canceled all 3rd row seats even for confirmed orders and I should switch to the x7, anyone get that? I called genius and customer service and they both tell me my order is still good..
