MyGarage not working
I placed an order on May 10th and have a production number. As a new BMW owner I have set up an account online and tried to access MyGarage but I keep getting an error. It won't hold my address information in the profile section either.
Anyone else having this trouble? Do I need to wait another week or two for my information to be entered into the system by the dealer? This is the message I get- We're sorry. An error occurred and My BMW Garage is unavailable at this time. Please try again later or visit BMWUSA.com. |

The outcome of multiple calls into the Genius hotline is that *reportedly* their system will only associate your vehicle with your profile after you receive your VIN. If this is accurate (which I do not know yet because I am yet to receive my VIN), at that time the production status of your car *should* show up in My Garage. I will let you know if that is true when they give me my VIN. |

I had this happen in the past and deleted all my cookies for the site and that worked. To test this initially, I logged in on a computer that had never accessed the site and it worked without error.

What about in incognito mode? I'm able to access My Garage, but frankly the website doesn't seem to be that stable. There have been several times where nothing would load, and then would randomly work when I try again later.

My build went from production scheduled to awaiting carrier in the same day; IMO it wasn't so helpful (aside from checking against the build sheet).
