You can always try negotiating, many will not budge from the markup but some do. All applications/negotiations for credit go through the dealer. Applying on the site will forward the information to them.

The best source for lease information (MF, RV, special 39 month lease, applicable incentives by region, etc.) is the Edmunds forum.

I can say with 100% confidence that it is eligible, and have the bulletin in hand. Would send over PM but it won’t allow images or files. As much as I want to share, I also don’t want to be “that guy” and post internal bulletins everywhere.

Not a problem but would love to see it. I checked with three more dealer contacts, including a finance manager, this morning and they all said no notice was sent out regarding that. I will PM.

Would the $80K MSRP limit still apply? If so, it'll be hard to spec at that price anyway unless you leave out all the goodies.

Yes, the MSRP limit started 1/1/2023.

boxdotjpeg was kind enough to email me the bulletin. Now I have to go back to my contacts and see how they are missing it.

Darn BMW. My add of the $2300 adaptive cruise cost $6000 by losing the tax credit.

Yes but you will forget all about that when you start driving your new 50e. Not only that, not having DAP would have made you regret it numerous times.

Maybe but I only plan to keep the X5 until my Lyriq shows up later this year. Not that $3750 is important, just that one would think BMW could have gotten the paperwork in on time.

My guess is that they made some supply chain changes in order to qualify and it took awhile to do that.

If you qualify, 4.99% financing is available from BMWFS at every BMW dealer.

But dont dealers tag on 1% for their own profits, So it’s 5.99%? Probably need to bring a competing finance offer to get a lower rate.

Yes, many do and will not budge on that. With competition though they may give a bit.

Interesting that a week after telling dealers the 50e will get $3750 tax credit it still hasn’t shown up at fueleconomy.gov.

I wonder if the documentation reviewers have issues with the submittal.
