Update:

I purchased these from DJRabbi. He packed and shipped them and kept me informed every step of the way.

Unfortunately, I didn't know that the bolt pattern on these was different than the F Chasis, so these will not fit my car. I'll be reposting them in a different thread. If there's interest, let me know.
