Sad state of affairs in the UK...

X3MC gone here, luckily seems to have been recovered. Trouble is, with all the improvements on key security and people installing aftermarket immobilisers I worry that this will be the new normal way of taking a car rather than relay theft? |

They failed to mentioned what condition it was in upon recovery…
I hope it wasn’t trashed … but then again … anything is possible with thieves like these. Glad the owner sustained non life threatening injuries

in the heat of the moment, I wonder if I would've been astute enough to throw the fob on the ground and destroy it. would that prevent the vehicle from theft?
