Look again, it's 1/2 the size of a wheel and thicker than any BMW reflector before. Either some crazy fish eye lense used or I don't know WTF??!

These huge vertical reflectors must be the ugliest M feature ever so far. Real vents or vent shapes are supposed to evoke sportiness through air breathing/channelling, so make them vents fake if you have to but fill them with black plastic so they still look like... vents! Fill them with anything else, something functional and visible like these bright red reflectors, and suddenly it just doesn't look right and reminds me of that disgusting paste-filled wound in the Gladiator movie

Totally agree. Yuck @ the x6m if that's real. The rear is too prominent and a regression from how the f16/86 looks.

They'll be released close to each other or simultaneously. All the cars to be used in PR materials have just been produced which means official publication in May-June.
