Has anyone gotten this error message when trying to check digital key comparability?

Looks like NFC is not turned on on your phone? Quite difficult to read your screenshot.

the screen shot is clear, but when uploaded to the fourm it isn't.. everything is on, the "check compatibility" button only shows up when things are on, at the the bottom of the screen it says
"an error occurred, please try again later"
when you push the check compatibility button.
