Hi All..

In the last weeks I can no longer use my remote services off the app. I can not turn on pre-conditioning, unlock or lock, etc. I have reset iDrive, I have deleted the app and re-installed and even tried on and off wifi. Anyone have any insight or experiencing the same thing?

sometimes it’s just a server outage or connection issue. have any of your Data Privacy settings changed? those can revert to default (No Data) after those terms update automatically. check those then perform a telematics reboot.
