Foam Cannon Recommendations

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a foam cannon? I am using a 2800 psi 2.3 gpm Gas Craftsman Pressure Washer. I am not a fan of overpriced Chemical Guys stuff, but want something that will last more than 5 washes. Thanks!

From the research I've done, this seems to be a popular one.

I picked up a cheap one from Lowes to see how I would like the concept before dropping $100+...it is surprisingly good. I just need to figure out the water to soap ratio. The bottle is only 700ml, so I might look for something larger on amazon. They're probably all from china, so I just need to find one that works and doesn't leak.

I wanted to give a quick update on my foam cannon. I purchased that surfacemaxx one from lowes. The bottle is only 700ml, which sucks...also, the connections on my pressure washer were not the quick release.

Well a few amazon purchases later, and it's definitely a good buy. I ended up getting a quick release for my pressure washer gun, so I can attach closer to the handle. I still am able to put the extension on and quick change as well. I did buy the MATCC 33oz bottle with straw on amazon. It connected perfectly, so now I have my 1L bottle.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but all in all...I am still under $40 with a good, sturdy cannon, connections, and bottle. Happy Winter Washing!

I wouldn’t recommend getting most expensive. They all do about the same getting soap on vehicle. Plan on replacing every few years. Spend money on quality waxes/ towels/ cleaners/ etc. For car interior cleaning, I find wife typically has product and tools for stubborn stains. She knows never to throw away kitchen brushes as I can use.

Soap to water ratio varies with product used. I typically use warm water and ratio of 3 to 1 soap. Fill container with water first then add soap to avoid creating excess bubbles.

Thanks for the tip. I’ve been messing around with different steps. I’ll try this...I need to get a funnel, since the soap can be a bitch to get in the container.

I fill the container 2/3 with warm water then add soap to container over the wash bucket. Any that spills goes into the wash bucket. I then place container in rinse bucket while I finish getting set up to clean soap that may be on the container side.
BTW, detail purist probably have problem with use of warm water for risk of containments. Hasn't been problem for me.
