No sound while streaming via Bluetooth

Hi,

Few months ago my x5's bluetooth audio stopped working. I use Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and it works just fine with my other cars and headphones and there was no problem with my x5 before too. So, it behaves like it's in mute mode. I mean everything looks just fine, i.e. I can see the current track name, i can switch tracks, and so on, but it no sound. Of course, i tried to adjust the volume both on the phone and in the car. Also, I tried to remove and pair the phone again, but still nothing. But everything is ok if I play the music via wireless Android Auto connection. So, maybe my phone uses some weird codec the car's BT module can't decode, but in this case all the Samsung phones owners should have the same problem? I asked to check my car's BT in my dealership and they said they tested it with iPhone 10 and everything is just fine.

Any idea how can I investigate this problem?

Thank you!

The problem has been solved by changing BT audio encoder to AAC.
