Yes, you should be able to code anti-dazzle on the Adaptive LEDs.

Is this possible to code anti dazzle with Bimmercode on the new firmware update?

Bimmercode does not try to do major manipulations of the software, it is designed to turn various software switches on/off, or set their options, not remove software. TO get anti-dazzle to work, an entire module of software that inhibits it from functioning must be removed, the overall logic modified to not look for it, then, tweak some software switches (Bimmercode MIGHT be able to do this) to get it to function now that it is not being blocked. SO, there's a major portion of the process that BImmercode was not programmed to perform regarding anti-dazzle.

How to tell if Anti-Dazzle is working

If I get the coding to allow Anti-Dazzle to function, is there a way to tell that it is working? Like, any dash display that it is "on" or just rely on what I can see with my high beams?

There no light, you will see it working.

There are a few visuals - the high beam icon will stay on in certain situations even when the anti-glare functionality is active. This is unlike the standard high beam assistant which is either on or off! Otherwise like you pointed out, you'll know it when you see it on the road with the high beam.

The only light on the dash is for the auto on/off high beams. The anti dazzle will be immediately apparent though around other cars if its working - you can't miss it. Its actually quite entertaining seeing it react to other light sources!

Pardon my lack of knowledge on this anti- dazzle subject.

But, what is the difference between anti-dazzle and auto headlights? Auto headlights activates high beam, then turn off when incoming vehicles approach.

Sounds like anti-dazzle perform the same function.

Anti-dazzle maintains the high beams as other vehicles approach (or as you approach other vehicles) but it alters the distribution of the light away from other cars while maintaining high beam illumination where there are no cars.
Hope that makes sense!

Just about to start coding my 2020 X5 M50i and when I look at the connect window it's slightly different from what's mentioned here. Which one should I use?? I’m on software 07/2021.85

S18A_22_07_571
S18A_22_07_540

UPDATE: Never mind, got the coding done without issue. Now I just need to wait for it to get dark so I can try it out.

Anti-dazzle literally changes the beam pattern to 'notch' out other vehicles so they don't get blinded, leaving the high beam on most of the time, but the pattern changing to adjust to the actual conditions.

This was not legal in the USA until late last fall, but the requirements are different that the Euro legal mode that is programmed in, but disabled in the USA. BMW hasn't tweaked the programming or maybe the hardware to certify their implementation of anti-dazzle meets the US specs. People have coded it to enable the Euro specs, but technically, that's illegal for now. The odds of being cited for it are slim.

So I VO coded without writing to FA the 5 modules. Using BimmerUtility, I can't find those items referenced in the first post in KAFAS. However I do see the light splitting when I drove it at night. My X5 has the standard adaptive LEDs, compared to the laser lights of my 330i, the anti dazzle seems to be a lite version. Even though I see the beams splitting, it doesn't light up the side of the road much.
