Rebates BMW Royalty $1250

0 down, Monthly $1221.82 (includes sales tax)
This could have been lowered by additional MSDs as well, did not put any.

Applied for BMW CCA, will be getting $1000 back also in the mail.

I am curious to know what dealership this was.

BMW of Sterling is not coming close. They are increasing the MF to get that % off MSRP. They won't budge.

Cash Due at Signing: $5,051 (First Month, Tax, Acq, Doc and Reg. Fee's)

Total Monthly: $823.53

(Breakdown of the Upfront Fees #24):
Acq Fee: $925
Doc Fee: $699
Reg Fee:$310

Thoughts on these numbers? Anything I’m missing that shouldn’t be in there?

Should I roll taxes into the monthly and lower my upfront payment? So the new math would be approx. $887 a month with only $2,758 due at signing including first month payment. Thanks guys.
You are not rolling in "taxes". You are doing a $23xx cash cap reduction. I'd rather not and instead use MSD since you get those back.

Any incentives in play? BMWCCA? etc?

I got Sterling to negotiate to 12% off...but they maxed up the MF to the maximum. When I calculated it using the standard BMWFS MF it came out to about 10.8% off.

I can't get any dealership to do 11%. Not sure how this guy got 11.8% off without any markups.

Picked up my x5 2 1/2 weeks from placing order in New Jersey

Carbon black
Msport
Ivory white vernasca leather (very happy with it so soft and plush such a improvement compared to my Napa in my 2017 and merino quilting not for me )
Luxury seating package (message seats incredible can't wait my first bmw with them)
Premium tier (heads up a must , I don't like soft close doors and never used rear sunshades once so no need for executive
Parking assistance package (cameras are sick and back up assistance is amazing the self park just for show)
Remote start(finally after 15 bmws)
M sport brakes
Glass control's
Front and rear heated seats
Heated arm rest
Laser lights (did not need never once ever used my high beams but the standard DRL's are horrible worst decision by bmw)
Harmon kardon
$75,820
36/10,000

With new May mf being lower I'm very happy

Loyalty
$1,000 drive event
And 7 multiple security deposits
$740 a month and $4500 out of pocket
Includes high nyc taxes and $400 registration fee
And when I get my car club of America rebate i get $1,000 back
And dealer took back my x5 with 1 month payment left

This site really helped me get the price I wanted , I would have never known about the multiple security deposits or the $1250 loyalty bmw financial list $750 online and the money factor numbers and that they change the 1st of the month , I would have picked up my car 4 days ago and paid $47 more a month due to the higher MF
So I'm very grateful to you guys for the help , it's raining now but when it clears I'll take some pictures thanks again

Can I get lower?
I don't know, can you?

What's the selling price?
What's discount off MSRP excluding incentives?
What incentives are being included?
What's the money factor quoted?
What are they charging for acquisition fee and dealer fee?

Those answers would help us answer your question.

Hi guys,

Just signed on this car and deal. Houston, TX. I think I got a decent deal (considering the negative equity), what are your thoughts?

https://www.bmwusa.com/byo.html#!/bu...mmary/dwlj3o0s
(was in dealer inventory)

MSRP: $96,300

Agreed Sales Price: $88,355 (9.2% discount)
TX Sales Tax: $3,349
Neg. Equity: $3,006 (from previous car, was over lease miles, they "ignored" that)
Acquisition: $925
Loyalty: -$750

All of the above to Gross Cap Cost: $95,753
Cap cost reduction (dealer incentives): -2,404.86
Adjusted Cap Cost: $93,348
Residual: $57,290

Cost of full term (36 mo)
Depreciation: $36,056 (Adj Cap - Residual).
Finance Fees: $8,948
Total Monthly: $45,005

Tax rolled in to monthly payments.
Down: $2,500 (first payment + "fees")
Monthly (35): $1,250.14

I still think they hosed me somewhere (can't figure out yet), but came way down than their initial offer. Would feel better if it was around $1,150.

His loyalty is also $750, which should be $1,250?

Sorry forgot to mention. 36/10 is the lease term.

I think if the 3k negative equity wasn’t in, the payment would be closer to $1160 mark.

I knew something was iffy about the loyalty, I thought it was 1250 too but they insisted it’s 750.

Thank you for the feedback guys.

Your deal is actually valid. It's a good deal. These are the numbers I get:

$1,164 without upside down 36/10
$1,247 with $3k upside down 36/10

Both with $2500 drive off.

Get BMWCCA and get another $1,000 off. And no, the rebate is $1250.
