I don't see 4-zone on the US configurator anymore for the 40i. I did see it a couple of days ago, though.

It is still there for the 40i.

I didn't see it when I tried to modify an existing build but I see it when I start a new one. I think this is related to what post #20 said where if you add 4-zone with other features, the climate package is added automatically but it's not reflected explicitly on the 'Options' page but only on the 'Summary' page.
