Maybe not… because at the start it also says:

It may if they are treating it as an OL code (driving event). For those the rebates are only available for dealer stock and use the same wording. Given they talk about taking delivery within 90 days though I would think that is not the case because on the OL codes they say take delivery by a certain date.

Some dealers play around with inventory and count ordered as in stock however many don't since BMWFS checks for that type of activity with audits.

My dealer told me it can't be locked and must take delivery by end of the month. Also stated that I may need to reapply for financing to do so.

Interested in if you have 90 days to take delivery and the need to reapply is true.

Mine is custom build.

Should not be a problem unless you get caught in long delays someplace. You didn't order floor mats or any other accessories did you?

12/12 and ordered floor mats. Will this delay? Looking to get by year end.

Without a doubt it will delay it, just a matter of how long. Hopefully only a day or two (I think the longest we have seen is 5) so it shouldn't be any problem getting to NY unless something weird happens.

Week 51. Production date is now 12/15. I'm in Florida. Assume I should get it in 2023. No accessories

Dang, still no prod date here, stuck at 112 and started the thread! ;-). Maybe soon as well at least. Guess my timing was early/off for the allocation since ordered on 11/11.

I did order all weather mats though. Are the running boards and/or trailer hitch done at all by the accessory center?

My Prod date looks to have been moved up to 12/10 now . Looks like they work on Sundays too!
