The Genius said week 18, so my wait is nearly over. 3rd row seating was the hold up.

My 2015 X5 went from Order Received to in my garage all within the month of February, so this wait has been disappointing.

All's well that ends well.

Is there anyone else scheduled for week 18?

I too am week 18. I also am delayed by 3rd row which I placed an order for on January 10th. My original schedule was March, but delayed to week 18. I've nearly forgotten about my car as I had been waiting to order it since October/November. I am not even expecting to receive car in May, but I am hopefully I finally do.

Mine is still production begins and genius says my car is expected to be complete tomorrow, rather than May 3 as I was previously told.

Ordered Feb 18th, was told week 19 but went into "production begins" in Week 18 April 30th and reached "Final Assembly" on May 1st. Now its been in "Final Assembly" since then.

I wonder if it will stay in this state until near my PCD date in first week June? I am assuming they would not want to complete final assembly until day before pickup (for example putting in batteries as they would discharge?).

Anyone who did PCD care to comment if your car stayed in "Final Assembly" until near pickup date?

Mine was delivered to the dealership late yesterday. I may drive over this afternoon to take a look.
