Audi E-Tron GT Leaks ahead of Reveal Next Week

Here it is. Looks good, although white may not be the best with those gray accent pieces, but overall nice, the poor man's Taycan

A pleasant surprise was the physical HVAC controls in the interior, I would have thought they would use their touchscreen HVAC system, but this is much better. My biggest issue however is it looks like the armrest is way too far back and won't be accessible in most driving positions.

How is it that Honda knows about directional wheels, but VAG doesn't seem to? Otherwise, pretty good. I assume it will have much better range than the stupid eTron SUV?

Let's hope, but it is based off the Taycan so range will likely be better in real world use than EPA estimates. What I'm wondering is pricing. Will it be in line with an A4/S4 or A6/S6? My guess is the latter. They have to make it competitive enough with Tesla and future contenders like the i4, but not enough that it hurts the Taycan.

Only changes I'd make are a manual transmission and an internal combustion engine.

Rear end looks odd to me, looks like the trunk is almost too low. Taycan definitely pull it off better in that regards.

I think it looks sexier than Taycan. Love the black/white contrast in the front. Ein Traumauto. Definitely on my short list.

Agree, its more abrupt in the rear than the Taycan. The Taycan pulls it off better because of those curvy hips in the rear and the built in ducktail from the taillights.

Yes, I expect pricing roughly inline with the A7/S7/RS7 depending on power and range.

I am very curious to see how they handle the entry level model since I would not expect a RWD Audi sedan, and I strongly doubt they will ever do a FWD Audi EV.

It's built on the J1 platform that underpins the Taycan.

Same here. If it drives at least close to 80% of the Taycan, with a huge price cut, and Audi interior quality, I can see this being a great EV seeing that the Taycan has enough range for most people in real world use cases - although I'd still like to see improvements.

The Taycan is a great car, but no way in hell am I paying over $100k for Porsche without an engine in the middle or rear of the car or a manual transmission

Agree, will likely work better in darker colors, or maybe they will offer a package to change it considering the concept's grill had a different design.
