I didn't get any compensation either. Didn't even get a bottle of champagne, flowers for my wife, car covered with a blanket to reveal, ...
I did get a free key chain.

I think the major problem is HV battery availability.
It is a shame, and it will probably get even worse now that it seems they are starting to take orders for the PHEV in the US.

I don't even dare to get an update for my production date anymore.
Tried getting some sort of compensation because in my opinion this is completely insane, even if you take the corona situation into account.
My dealer can't do anything and suggested contacting belux, but they haven't replied on my email yet from last week, I'm not expecting any answer anymore to be honest...
I'm curious what happened with your date

I know. I check it regularly to make sure it hasn't sunk
Last time I checked it was docked in Baltimore.

Cancelled mine, dealer just bought a demo car BMW Belux with 10000km and it arrived when I was sitting there.
It was going to be used as their new test car (that is why it is a full spec except towing with individual options and carbon trim) but they offered to cancel mine and gave me a good price and free 20inch winterkit.

Took the deal and will take ownership half July.

They said it is a complete disaster what BMW is doing with the planning, a lot of customers won't see their car this year.

I think there are dealers that really play with their customers to get orders. I read on a Belgian forum that someone ordered a 45e last week and the dealer guaranteed delivery in september. Yeah right
Maybe September 2021

I saw the log of my cancelled car from this week alone.
Monday W26 confirmed status 112
Tuesday W42 status 111
Wedneyday W41 status 111
Thursday AM W42 status 111
Thursday PM W33 status 111
Tomorrow: who knows.

No EU dealer can give you a correct production week at this point.
My guess: not a single EU car will be go into production before September because US and Asia launch of the 45e. We are only second grade customers.

My dealer said it yesterday the Asian market, and probably the US market also, is BMW's priority right now. European customers can sod off

Dealers in US (Florida at least) are saying that Europe and Asia are getting there cars first. Does anybody really know what happening?

The only thing that went up was the production week and my blood pressure.

Strange the schedule doesn't show the stop at Zeebrugge the 9th of July anymore for the Arc Independence. Yesterday the stop was still there.

Still no tracking available. I hoped it was available by now.

When I order my 528i the vessel was schedule to stop in Boston, Baltimore, then Charleston. For some reason its schedule changed and it went to Charleston first (coming from Southampton). This allowed me to get my car a week early.

When you on the tracking website fill in Zeebrugge in the place of final delivery you get a whole list and many BMW VIN's. There's a VIN that was shipped to Bremerhaven and the next day it was shipped with another vessel to Zeebrugge.
Many BMW's where loaded in Charleston on June 10th on the DON PASQUALE.
I hope that one of the days the loading appears of the Arc Independence.

If a ship sails the 16th loading is the 15th or so? I can't imagine they load a ship days before.

Pretty cool

I take you have not located your vessel on the Wilhelmsen search. Have your tried the other company (KLine?)? You would be surprised how quickly they can load ships. They work around the clock taking cars off and loading at the same time. Also if the ship is coming from Europe and heading to US ports after Charleston I am sure it will leave some of the cars on for the next ports so it will not load full capacity at Charleston.

I can't seem to get the search to work for me. I put in Zeebrugge in all of the port fields and get no records (using advance search).

https://www.2wglobal.com/webapps/?fr...ncedSearchPage

Place of final delivery = Zeebrugge
and push Track

You can also fill in Port of Load with Charleston, SC and you see lots of Bimmers
But I don't see loading data for the Arc Independence (yet?).
Latest is from DON PASQUALE which is loaded on June 10th.
