I reached out a couple weeks ago and CCA is helping me follow up. Today I got an email saying it's going to be this or next week.
Highly recommend this CCA group. They are friendly, helpful, and actually can help (even when the delay is with BMWNA, not CCA). |

I too reached out to CCA and they followed up last week for the second time and indicated the BMWNA would be sending my rebate in the next two weeks. I sent my info to CCA in the middle of December and was approved by CCA in early January for my rebate. So it is taking some time which I tribute to COVID-19.

Just posting a data point. Here is my timeline:
8/1 - Took delivery of my G06 8/2 - Submitted my claim to CCA 8/3 - Received an e-mail from CCA saying all was in order and being submitted to BMW NA, but it could take up to 3 months. 8/6 - Received an e-mail from CCA saying that my rebate was approved by BMW NA and I should receive a check in 2 to 4 weeks. 8/10 - Received my rebate check from BMW NA That was extremely accelerated from online stories and the time frame presented by CCA in the e-mails, but I am extremely happy with the rapid turn around. I hope others have similar experiences! |

For new BMWCCA members, does the waiting period have to be over before you place an order or take delivery of your order? I joined on 3/31. Wondering if I have to wait until 10/1 to order or if I can order in Sept for an Oct delivery. Thanks

For those that aren't...hold on and I'll go get them to do a copy and paste. EDIT:...it appears that you must have a least ONE YEAR of membership under your belt BEFORE taking delivery...or at least 6 months if you purchase a 3 year or more membership. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reading the terms it looks like 6 months (or at least 4 months) before taking delivery is needed: "Complete your application within 60 days of the date of delivery". And then there is this term: "Individuals who purchase a three-year or longer membership after December 31, 2019, will be required to wait six months before taking delivery of a new BMW and applying for the rebate." So 6 month wait before taking delivery to be safe...

TERMS AND CONDITIONS A membership requirement may be met in one of two ways: A membership of one year or more immediately preceding the delivery date of the vehicle is required to take advantage of this program. A member in good standing cannot have any lapse in membership during that 12-month period. A non-refundable membership of three or more years can be purchased to reduce the 12-month waiting period to 6 months. |

Just asking because the posts above were in regards to the rebate that BMW CCA gives to members...this rebate is not from BMW USA/BMW Financial Services...but comes from being a member of the Car Club. If you're not a member, check out what membership to the BMW CCA offers at the following link: https://www.bmwcca.org/aboutus The website offers limited access to non members. If you do decide to join...feel free to use my membership number as a reference...it is in my signature below.

I am talking about the BMWCCA rebate. I've been a member for a few years. It's a great rebate but usually takes a few months to process. This time it came in a few weeks.
