Was anyone able to order a 3rd row option? I understand it was delayed in the initial production.

I just ordered my xDrive40i and they gave me a $2000 discount for BMW financing and I only had to finance $7500 of the car. I also got a $1500 loyalty discount.

Yes I got 3 years membership for BMW CCA. It might take about 3 months for the check but that is fine. |

So you have to either decide to get the 1000 off at the time of the deal for the USAA or wait for the 1000 check from BMWCA.
If your a member of both, they should give you both, that really sucks.

I was also told I could not stack the 1,000 off for drive event (12th-16th) and the USAA, so I guess Ill use the Drive event and the BMWCA discounts.

I took this directly from the email that USAA sent me
"Congratulations! Your bonus cash is locked in with your unique offer code. This saving can be combined with other cash offers you may receive. Bring this email to any BMW or Mini Dealership to redeem when you're ready to buy."

Thanks, I think my car will probably bridge the end of March/ early April delivery time. Hoping it is delivered late March as I have a trade in and if they're trying to meet their quotas I may get a better price. I'll try for the CCA and the worst they can say is "No". I don't mind getting the subscription either way. My car moved to in production. And I'm stalking it.

Just placed my order sticker with options was $88,295.00, selling price with incentives and dealer discounts of 78,500. Equates roughly 8% off MSRP before BMW incentives of 2750.

Not seeing any recent 36 month, 10k miles/yr lease numbers on here. Looking at both 40i and 50i variants.

X5 50i Purchase
I am just jumping into the vehicle search as my 2016 X5 M lease will be ending May 2019. Love the vehicle but not going to buy and then spend $$$ on extended warranty when the buyout is so high. I am evaluating a few different vehicles but like the 2019 X5 50i. I contacted one dealer (BMW Naples in Florida) to get some pricing on a 12k mile/30 or 36 month lease and he quoted me MSRP price with $21k down to get to around $1k a month. The only thing they gave was a $1250 loyalty credit. I called and he basically was like that is it after I was abundantly clear about where I am looking to be. Currently, I pay $1392/mo on a 12k/36mo for my X5 M which has a sticker of $110k+. The X5 50i I spec'd out came in around $97k. I love my X5 M and would get another but the new one isn't out obviously so i'm relegated to getting a 50i for a period of time until that happens or maybe I sacrifice performance and go into a Navigator/Escalade at employee pricing since I have family involved with a few dealerships. I am new to the leasing game and have done a bit of research seeing that many people have been able to achieve some decent pricing. My bottom line is i'm not spending close to what I pay now for a 50i. If I can get closer to the $1k a month (without spending $21k down ) then i'll be open to it. Otherwise, better off with a shorter lease on a cheaper vehicle until the new M debuts. I started with a 335is, then bought a '14 X5 50i M-Sport, and then the X5 M which i've been thrilled with so it would be nice to keep in the BMW family. If anyone has any advice or contacts on how to better handle so that I don't spin my wheels, it would be much appreciated.

My advice would be to visit another dealership. For some reason, BMW of Naples doesn’t discount at all. They did the same thing to me. The dealer I bought from discounted 9.3%. You still won’t get down to $1,000/month without putting something down.

Thanks Frank, this is helpful. I have a home in Fort Lauderdale so i'm going to try them and Vista BMW in Pompano. I don't care if I have to buy it outside of the local area and pick it up or ship it if the pricing is right. I don't mind putting some money down at all but $21k down is laughable.

With that, it really doesn't matter which dealership you buy from. |
