Great, Love it! Same external colors as mine. Shadow line is really nice with Artic Grey. Just have the 740M rims 20’’ instead. Hope the wait is worth it. Don’t hesitate to share first drive impressions over the coming weeks

I'm glad you got yours! Moments like this give the rest of us waiting sobs a glimpse of what one day could come 😂
Great color choice, though I might be biased.
Looking forward to your detailed first impressions!

After 13 months I have nothing to look forward to anymore, nothing to stress about.

It's on 03/2020 software. Dealer said 07/2020 wasn't available. Who will tell...
Everything works for now. I did find the option to automatically open windows at certain points.
I got a normal fob, digital key and a key card to open the car.

What do you use for petrol, 95 or 98? Dealer told me to use 95. I thought 98 was better. This is my first petrol car, I had always diesel in the past.

95. Haven't tried 98. The price difference is quite big, 20 cts a liter.

Good that it virtually impossible to put in diesel for your first tank stops. You might just take the wrong one.

I charged the battery overnight to 100% It now says 67 km electrical range. I was expecting this to be more?

Mine is a 68 now. It depends on how you drove before you parked the car. It also tends to be higher when I drive in hybrid mode that day and not full electric.

It will be better if you do long steady 50 - 70 km/h drives. That is how I got 95 km. At full charge. You will never get that number when driving. It goes down quickly.

My best was 83 km. Only small road. Eco pro. And a really boring driving style. I am not going to drive like that again.

Normal driving should be between 60 and 70 km. On the highway less.

Just try how it works out for you and your drive to work. How far is it?

Yesterday was a sporty day
+/- 25 km. But the last 4 months 0 km.

Where can I see all those statistics?

I just look at them and remember the good ones. You can't look at it that specific.

You can see your board computer and switch between the different settings.

So it will show total electric drive, mean consumption, total km driven since

Factory
Last charge
Last fuel
Trip (same day stop less than 4h)
Custom (this one you can reset your self)

Mean electric cons it will only show when you are in full electric mode.

If you want to know how much electric on a single charge you put it on since last charge and you know the exact electric driven km.

If you put it on factory you know the total km electric driven. On thing is that after Idrive update that one resets to 0.

That is what happened to me after updating to 03/2020. So I put the BC on custom. That is since the update.

Did you set electric individual as default for start up? For me this is the best way to drive electric. It stays in electric longer than in hybrid.
I have set steering to sport because I prefer the feeling. I find the normal a bit to soft. Suspension in comfort. AC normal. If you put that on eco setting it gets to hit inside. Especially in the summer.

If your daily trip is on the highway and longer than 60km better drive in hybrid.

For longer road trips I put it in adaptive. I program the entire trip in the navigation (idrive) so that it can program the optimal battery use.
If I see my remaing trip is shorter than the electric range I put it in electric to have an empty battery up on arrival.

Hybrid or hybrid pro does a better job calculating arriving on an empty battery but I prefer adaptive driving mode. It changes gas respons and dampers according to your driving style.

In full electric or adaptive it also brakes more on the electric engine. So I just release the gas and it slows down. In hybrid it will switch to neutral and it does not really slow down. Unless you programmed the trip and activate active assistant (different name maybe).

What does the eboost / 100 80 60 20 mean in the instrument panel on the right side?
