Any way to tune G05 B58 engine to match B58B30O1 variant?

Seems everything I've read between the various US spec B58 engines is just tuning, no hardware differences. As far as I know BMW isn't offering a MPPK for the G05 which is a shame, I'm sure they could make a fortune off it with little to no effort. Is there any other way to unlock the extra performance of the B58B30O1 or even B58B30M0 variants without voiding the warranty? Any rumors of a MPPK offering in the future?

I just ordered my x40i and the one thing that really frustrated me is the fact that they did not make the 382hp version standard in the 2021 X5. Hopefully they offer it as a factory kit as I am not looking to void my warranty either. Maybe the reason they stayed with the 335 hp B58 was concern about it adversely affecting the company's average fuel economy, since they sell so many 6 cylinder X5s. In that case they could have included the higher hp B58 in the M Sport package, similar to how Porsches offered extra hp with an optional Macan Turbo Performance Package (last gen), and X51 option on Carreras. The extra hp would also give BMW a leg up on the Q7 V6 (335 hp) and the GLE450 (362 hp).

I had the MPPK in my F15 and one of its stated features was improved fuel economy in addition to the added power so it doesn't seem impossible to accomplish the same with the G05. Maybe they're trying to maximize the number of m50i sales and even though it wouldn't touch it numbers wise having 382hp may sway more buyers to stick with the lower priced model with likely lower margins. It's BMW so who really knows.
