Has anyone converted over from the two axle air suspension to the VDM struts? I’ve done several search’s and I haven’t been unable to find anything. Unfortunately who ever built my car opted for the msport but added the air suspension, which removed m adaptive. I’m curious if the electrical connectors for the dampeners on the air struts are the same as the VDM struts, meaning an easy swap. Also if anyone has m adaptive, do the roll bars work off of hydraulic or an electrical signal. My X5 has about 70k, so I’m just trying to plan ahead in case a strut goes. Looks like go for about $1300-$1600 a strut.
