Forza Performance Wheels

I am looking for a winter wheel set up and stumbled across the Forza Performance website: https://forzaaa.com/collections/oem-...wheels-for-bmw

Clearly, they are knock offs, but look pretty good, with the availability to get different rim diameter and width setups not found on the OE wheels. Has anyone tried out Forza wheels? Pros / cons??

Thanks

Pros: Good price compared to OEM. OEM look
Cons: Unkown design standards. Chinese materials and manufacturing quality control. Unknown testing standards. Unknown finish durability.
They are too expensive to be throw aways. So one would expect a product of reasonable quality. However, you have no idea. I could be a great wheel kr it could be overpriced trash.
They are also not forged, but flow forged, which is something I between foged and cast.
You just don't know what you are getting with this. And its kind of too expensive size to justify rolling the dice on it.

They definitely look good. I have experience buying reps from china. In my case the wheels were beautiful and perfectly round. 6 months in and no wheel integrity issues. I paid via PayPal just to be safe though. Good luck!

I’m curious what the import duties and other fees would add up to ordering these.

I'm curious too! I'm looking hard at a couple wheels from them!

How is the long-term quality/reliability?
Were there import fees? How much, if so?

Is the price of $2,080 per wheel or for a set of wheels? 4 PCS / 1 SET OF WHEELS? A little confused.

It's 4 pcs in a set and total of $2,080 as I checked with their sales rep. Haven't pull the trigger yet and still trying to see if other options available.

Here's what you can expect, so far.

20x9 / 20x10.5 with custom center caps: $2400
Shipping: $530 (by boat. Air is like $900, I think.)
PayPal fee: $128

Production time is 35 working days, shipping is 30 days by sea.

They will confirm any customization with 3D CAD drawings.

Honestly, as long as you have a modicum of patience for dealing with severe time difference, you'll be fine. They've been very accommodating with my questions and pickiness. I've asked for a custom color that they haven't done before, and they will provide pictures of test samples of the paint. I can then tweak it if I need to. Near as I can tell, they haven't charged me extra for this.

They do slightly up charge if you want any engraving done, but it's not much.

Supposedly, these are true forged wheels just like other forged wheel manufacturers that charge almost this much for a single wheel. Will it be 100% the same quality? I wouldn't be surprised, if not. However, if the integrity is close and the finish is clean, then I'm good. I mean, come on. If I have a forged wheel batting in the 90% range for 1/4-1/3 the price... what's not to love?

Besides, even though I haven't been able to find proof of it yet, I suspect this is one of those facilities that makes wheels for a bunch of top tier brands. I bet their unbranded wheels are sitting on the shelf right next to wheels that have a name on them.

Have you received your wheels yet? I'd love to hear your feedback as I got stock 20" wheels on my X5 which should arrive this week. I liked the 21" and 22" wheels bmw offered as upgrades, however, wanted the comfort and ease of finding nonRFT of the 20". I see Forza has the same wheels BMW offered as an upgrade in 22", in 20". If you as happy with yours, I'll probably order some. TIA, Lani

Anyone here order from Forza and can comment whether they're forged or flow forged? Some flow forged wheels are about $2k-3k right now.

I should have my set sometime in the next month. I can provide info when i get them. However, their claim is full forged wheels, and that they are the supplier for a lot (most?) of the big names in the US.

I may not get them mounted for a few months, since it's so late in the year. So, tire fitment and review won't happen until then. They'll be going on my G30 540ix. Will probably be wrapping them in either CONTINENTAL EXTREMECONTACT DWS 06 PLUS or MICHELIN PILOT SPORT ALL SEASON 4, as I'm kinda over swapping wheels twice a year.

Sizing will be 255/35R20 and 295/30R20.

Wheels arrived last week. They look great but are stuffed back in the corner of my garage, while I await my backordered tires. Decided to go with Continental ExtremeContact DWS06's, but the 255/35r20s for the front won't get here until late February. Here's a preview of the wheels. I haven't really examined them for quality, yet but they look amazing!

Any more pics or updates? I'm about to place an order myself. Would you say the quality is good, your faces are brushed? Thanks

No, this is it for now. They're in their boxes back in the corner of my garage waiting on my tires to get here off backorder.
