Wheel Lock Identification

I do not think these are OE locks? Tried looking around to see what kind these are so I can find a key but haven't been able to identify them. Does anyone recognize these?

That is the regular lug bolt. 17 mm will remove it.

Well I feel stupid, my f15 has a smooth round center and I assumed the inside was a new type of key and didn't even pay attention to the outside.
