I just swapped my X3Mc for a X5m (21/22 wheels) and went to see about getting Michelin ps4 all-seasons and can't seem to find them.

This was my favorite tire on the x3m. Don't usually see a lot of snow but tons of rain and wet roads.

Is it a supply problem or do they just not make them?

Thanks

Doesn't exist. Very limited tire choices for the X5m size.

That's isn't what I was hoping to hear.

unfortunately, if you see weather below 45 F, you'll need snows. the only option for the stock wheels (21/22) is the Pirelli Scorpion winter. if you buy smaller rims, you'll have a few more options I think.

there is no A/S tire option and likely won't be as our tire sizes are a bit unique. that said, the Pirelli snows are great and I used them just about 3 seasons here in New England

I use the same here. I run the Pirelli scorpion winter in the stock 21/22 sizes and they work great in the cold.

One thing to keep in mind is to order those tires as soon as you can because I feel like once they sell out it takes awhile for tirerack to get them back in since its not a popular tire size to sell/stock.

Where did you guys buy the wheels for the tires? I just picked up my 2022 X5 MC yesterday and I live in Kansas City. I'm thinking already about what to do for the upcoming winter.

You can either buy the scorpion winters and put them on your stock wheels or buy these: https://www.shopbmwusa.com/PRODUCT/1...EEL---TIRE-SET

I am running a set of Vossen HF5 in the stock sizes with Pirelli snow tires as my winters. With all the shortages around the world it might be a good idea to order something sooner rather than later.

I got a set of 20” square 740m takeoffs with all seasons I’m going to try- I think they should work but might need spacers to account for the offset

I JUST ordered my winters for my 2020 x5m comp. I use my factory rims and just swap to the Pirelli's. Got them off Tire Rak. Did the same with my 2018 x6m and they looked great and performed amazing in cold weather/snow (I live in DC).

I just ordered the Pirelli Scorpions today through the dealership. The price was about the same as it would have been through Tire Rack. I'm also putting them on the factory wheels. I'm leasing and have the wheels and tires plan. I figure if something happens to the rims, they're pretty well covered.

Do you guys have any recs on tire storage? I'm thinking a wall rack in the garage, but I'm wondering if anyone has brand/website suggestions. Thanks.
