Help with wheel fitment (2024 X5 50e)

hi all,

Wife just picked up one of these. Nice car. our first BMW, typically we have had audi and porsches.

I like to keep the all seasons on until it gets cold and snowy out and then swap on a winter set. I'm trying to find information about wheel fitment.

I typically use wheel-size.com but they don't seem to have this model yet. Tirerack is suggesting a set of wheels that are 20.x8.5 which does not seem right.

My wife got the x50e with the blue calipers (M sport package, i don't think these brakes are any bigger just painted) and the OEM tires are pirelli scorpion all seasons. 275/45R20 square.

i'll probably stay with 20s on this car for winter, i don't think i need to downsize them.

Are the stock wheels she has 20x10? 20x10.5?

Sorry if this is readily available. i can't find it in the manual.

thanks

OEM 20” in the U.S. 50e are 20x9” for all four wheels, and I believe the offset is 35mm

while 19” wheels can clear the M Sport brake calipers on the 45e, it’s just barely and several have done it, and it’s likely the same clearance will exist on the 50e, but 20” is the recommended minimum to ensure adequate clearance

same exact questioning i have. i just want to change the stock wheels which i don't like and put on some 20" Asanti ABL-30 gloss black wheels onto the stock tires which are 275/45/20.
I have 5x112, 20x9, but should i change the offset from the 35mm (as on the stock wheels i believe) to a 25mm like the shop suggested?
would this be different for a different type of Asanti wheel like the ABL-27 which is my second option.
any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

Oem 9” wheel with 275 tire, it is already the widest tire 9” wheel can fit. 275 will definitely fit on 10” wheel, fitment maybe even better. 8.5” wheel should NOT be used with 275.

As for offset, I would say stay the same or close to OEM.

just going back to this thread -- anyone know what the center bore of the stock BMW wheels is for the xdrive50e? The bolt pattern is 5x112, but i can't find the CB measurement anywhere.
