With the key in my pocket most of the time, I forget to put the key in the car to charge. Not that I've ran out of battery or anything but was wondering if there was a recommended wireless charging dock for the display key, so that I can just charge it on my desk?

When I am not charging it in the car, I use normal USB to Micro-USB cable to plug in and charge the key.
I have also tired charging it using the same wireless charger I use for my phone and it seems to work.

Almost any Android/iPhone wireless charger should work, just make sure that it's using the Qi standard.

Yes this is what I use.... works a treat.

I know, why is it that the 7 and 5 series both have the ability to manoeuvre the car but not the X5. I’d find that a very useful feature.

Also no remote start in the UK, again why not.

The display key is a complete waste of time IMHO

Ditto.....just tried it out now and it works on my wireless charger
