New 2019 x5 40i lease southern california

Looking to lease a new 2019 X5 40i, what kind of discount % off MSRP are people getting in socal area before loyalty and rebates? Any recommendations for dealers with good pricing? Thanks!

I'm seeing other forum members are getting 10% in other regions but not sure if that applies in socal.

SoCal has some of the best dealers.

So I got a quote for 10% off on a custom order. How to I confirm lease terms of the deal? What documents should I sign when ordering and putting down $1000 deposit? Can dealer change terms on delivery?

And I should be able to use June or July programs if better on delivery?

They should provide you with the MF, RV and all other amounts (fees, taxes, any incentives, etc.). You can verify those with someone here or over at Edmunds. For my deal I just signed the build sheet and lease deal details verifying that they were correct.

If you want to verify the payments, you can use the calculator over at LeaseHackr. https://leasehackr.com/calculator

They should be a "no harm" lock so if the MF goes down when you are ready to take delivery then you can use the current rate.

Seems there is no paperwork to sign. Should I be skeptical of this deal?

Technically, the dealer should hold you to the terms (ie. rebates/incentives, money factor, residual) of the month of delivery, not the month you order the car. This works to your advantage if the terms improve, and disadvantage if terms get worse. The only thing you can really expect to be consistent and hold the dealer to is their monetary MSRP discount aside of rebates or incentives.

BMW generally, if not always, uses a “no-harm” lock for lease orders so you can only benefit from a change in numbers not be hurt.
