I think these are for the 2019 MY and not 2020 but have not confirmation on that yet.

Confirmed on Edmunds forums. There are no incentives for August 2020's - loyalty or lease cash.

2020 mf and rv are identical to 2019 models per Edmunds 2020 BMW X5 Lease Deals and Prices so .00145 mf and 58/57/55 percent for 3 year 10/12/15k is correct

That is odd that they kept the lower RV's. It had been 59/58/56 until it was changed in July. My guess is the 2020 numbers haven't been released and Edmunds is assuming.

Is the consensus that there will be no loyalty or apr cash on 2020s (M50i in particular)??
I think Jason must be on vacation, bc the cover page hasn't changed in almost a week!!

Whats weird to me on the Edmunds 2020 X5 page is:

One person asked for rates on a 2020 X5 40i on July 31 - Michael the moderator stated the residuals/MF and stated $1,250 loyalty. Zip 11572.

Two or three posts later in an August 4th reply the same person, Michael, said 'no loyalty'. Zip 98199.

I'm wondering if the loyalty is region specific. I did reach out to my lease broker, (NY/NJ/PA) this morning, who replied:

"Yes 1250 loyalty for 2020, I have the official programs"

or , I'm not sure yet.

Kief - tagging you here as I didn't multi-quote and want to be sure you see the info I've gotten so far. FYI, it may only be applicable to the 40i's.

Do you find you get better deals with a broker/leasing co or is it more for convenience?

Thanks. I finally asked my Sales Manager if there is any loyalty and/or apr cash (specific to M50i), and nada

A little from column A, a little from column B. I'm sure I could do just as well with hours upon hours invested. Initially I was trying to lock down a 2019 allocation, in 2nd week of July, that was still configurable.

To get that and also get a fair to good deal I needed to leverage someone with more capacity to dig and negotiate. Made sense.

Then, we couldn't get a guarantee I could spec the leather dash on the 2019, and it seemed I would have to wait for a 2020.

Broker pushed it to a 2020 first or second week build slot, and honored the same % off deal plus incentives. Very happy with the final numbers as much as I can say without yet having signed the paperwork.

If you'd want a referral reach out—I see you're in NY which is his territory. Just let me get all signed with no changes or surprises before I'd be willing to make a recommendation.

So far all very smooth.

Fair enough. Good luck with it! Feel free to PM if you think he's worth a referral. I'm planning to acquire a new vehicle between October and December so I have time.

Hi all,
This is my first post but this forum has helped me very much with prepping while I was shopping for X5. After deal failed for 2019 models I just placed an order for 2020 X5 X drive40i. I have a traveling job so I was ok purchasing my car from any where in California. Here is my experience and quotes from multiple dealership in California. Most are dealerships are nice in customer service and follow ups but some had arrogant sales people who laughed at me when they hear some of the quotes from other dealers. Some acted like they are doing me a favor by selling the car. I don't know if you guys have similar experience!!!

I hope this helps you guys shop around for discounts. I hope they treat you well when you shop with them. Good luck.
wow that's an impressive extensive list for California, amazing how some dealers are assholes and greedy while others you don't mind giving your money to. the challenge 2019 versus a new 2020 incentives, factory rebates and discounts will be different I'm surprised some dealers are offering the same discount on a 2020

Thank you all for very helpful information on pricing. I am new here and to BMW (coming from Audi Q5) and looking to purchase a 2020 X5 40i. Here is my build and the best deal I have so far:

20XG X5 xDrive40i
C27 Metallic paint - Arctic Grey
MCEW Vernasca leather - Ivory White
4KT Trim - Anthracite-Brown Poplar Matte Finish
1SF 20" V-spoke wheels, style 738 with all-season run-flat tires
ZPX Executive Package
ZLS Luxury Seating Package
ZDY Driving Assistant Pro Package
2VR 2-Axle air suspension
2VH Integral active steering
3KA Acoustic glass
688 Harman Kardon sound system
4HB Heated steering wheel, seat and armrests
3AC Trailer hitch
300 Space Saver Tire
Destination charge

MSRP = $78,270
Dealer discount % off MSRP = 8.4%
Dealer discount off MSRP = $6,590
Financing credits = TBD, if any offered
Conquest rebate = $750
Adjusted Price = $70,930
Dealer doc/processing fee (taxable) = $300
Sales price (before tax & government fees) = $71,230

I have seen another recent deal posted here from mephisto2k2 for a 2020 with 9.4% dealer discount but no Conquest. My dealer is listing Conquest although the public information shows as non-exiting for 2020 X5 at this time. Interesting enough if I add the Conquest $750 to the dealer discount it comes to the 9.4% mephisto2k2 got (we are both in the same area).

Any ideas/suggestions on the build or the pricing (can I do better?) would be appreciated. Should I be concerned that Conquest is listed when there is no public information proving that it does?

On the APR credit, after reading a lot here I am not counting any would show up in September. But I can delay my order for delivery to be scheduled in October. Do you think October would be any better? I saw someone here saying good (e.g. $2K) offers are not likely to come until Thanksgiving.

Great build and a great deal. I am in Florida and would sign a deal like you have. Posts I have seen so far in my state have not gotten a discount like you have gotten. Make sure the conquest is in writing and part of your deal. Your the first 2020 X5 I have seen with a conquest.
I am waiting until November in the hopes that the Florida BMW dealers come to their senses and are pressured by other car manufacturers’ holiday sales promotions to give better discounts like you have gotten.

Ordered a 2020 X5 M50i yesterday for 9% off MSRP plus rebates. SA told me they'll do the same deal for any 2020 X5 trim. Experience with this SA and dealership was awesome as usual. They gave me their best offer from the beginning, and didn't waste time or play shady games. PM for SA contacts.
