2019 X40i - Good deal?

Hey everyone - I'm in the market for an X5 and came by this used 2019 G05 so wanted to get some reactions if you think if it's a good deal or not.

2019 BMW X5 xDrive40i
Vernasca Leather
Convenience Package
Parking Assistance Package
20" Wheels
F&R Heated Seats + Armrests & Steering Wheel
Remote Engine Start

Listed for $55.5K with 1.5K miles on it. If I use the pricing sheet, I get to an MSRP of $66.5K

What do y'all think?

To me it seems like this is either a demo or loaner vehicle. Personally speaking I wouldn't think this deal is good enough to buy one of those. It would have to be sub 50k to entice me. A lot of ppl were getting +10% off on NEW custom orders. That's not much more than what this deal is on a used pretty base model.

Even though the MSRP is 66.5K that's not what it would sell for new. Also, this is a 2019 so it is, in effect, already a year old.

Even a new, leftover 2019 like that would probably be under 60K. And as a new car, it would get a full warranty and be eligible for BMWCCA rebate of $1000.00.

For example, assuming its sale price was 60K a 10% discount on that would bring it down to 54K. But I don't think a 10% discount on a used, last model year car is a good deal at all. I would guess it should be below 50K.

Keep in mind that depreciation on a new car just one minute after you buy it is horrendous.

Me too, I don't think it's a great deal, I got mine 3 months ago with 10% off the MSRP new, I believe you can find a better deals on new 2019, or even 2020, good luck
