2020 X6 M50i, is this a good deal?

I just got a quote from BMW of Mountain View for a new X6 m50i. The build is listed below. MSRP is about 92145 and the purchase price is 83625, so about 9.3% off plus the rebate. The lease goes 36/10k miles for 1233 per month including tax. Does this seem to be a good deal?

Build:
2020 X6 M50i
Riverside Blue metallic
Tacora Red Vernasca Leather
EXECUTIVE PACKAGE
Carbon Fiber trim
Glass Controls
20" M wheel 740M w/ as rft

The monthly payment seems high for a 10k annual. They might have jacked up the MF. Can you list the details of the lease?

It's an amazing deal if you ask me, I've ordered a truly fully loaded M50i (selected every single option and full Merino, how I like my cars; except the useless Rear-seat entertainment Professional), and I got 4% off without rebates other than the loyalty credit, so...

p.s. I think the 21" wheels are the best on the new X6. I have the 22" Cerium Gray wheels just to match and complement rest of the trims, and they are standard for Canadian M50i cars. Otherwise, I would've chosen the 21" M Y Spoke
I think with the 20" you have AS, so no need for another winter set ... that might be the advantage, cost saving

That's for sure, but he's getting a M50i after all, so live a little, and make the car look good

That's an amazing deal. I live in NJ/NY area, asked 10-20 dealers, no one would go more than 7% off msrp on my 102k build X6 M50i. Many even can't do more than 5% off. Placed the order last month and it still shows order received, not sure when the production begins.

Haha agree, it's mainly for the cost control, since it's a lease and I might change the entire tires before return the car

All I know the residual is 58% with 0.00148 MF, not sure where is addition cost comes in, do you have some idea where might be the hidden one?

Congrats on your new car, I heard there should be 2-3 weeks before the production begins. There's also some delay for the delivery because of the engine oil recall

Decent deal. I'm paying $400 a month less for an X5 M50i.

Base MF is 0.00128, there's no hidden costs. By inflating MF, dealer financing profits from your lease.

0.00128 = 3.07% apr
0.00148 = 3.55% apr

For example on your lease, the difference in monthly payment is approximately $29 more per month or $1044 in dealer profit over the term of the lease.
