Thank you for the link. Are there any Canadians who have had an allocation for the X5 e50 ? I gave my name in January and my dealer has not had an allocation until now.

There isn't a way that I can figure out. We are able to add the car to mygarage on the USA website, but the F12 process does not work for our VINs.

It does show options though, with any modifications/deletions. My sales rep confirmed production constraints on the 22" wheels and air suspension, but some cars may still get them. Mine has the 22" wheels but no air.

Too bad we don't get the full use of F12 process for the Cnd vehicles.

Mine is scheduled for production next week and I guess will find out when it arrives if I was lucky and got 22" and air suspension.

I'm not following, if you can add it (non-US vehicles couldn't be in the past but have never tried a BMWCA vehicle that I can remember) then why doesn't the F12 process work? At that point it should just be data and how the screen is written. Or are you saying the process works but the data isn't there?

We are able to add it to mygarage, but it shows up as null. We are able to see our options and whether we have 22" wheels or air suspension (I have 22's but not air suspension). Also had my 22"s changed from the 745I orbit grey to the 742Ms

I tried adding yours to MyGarage but it is asking for a purchase date in order to add it.

Yeah, I'm not even sure what that would be since there isn't a bill of sale yet/purchase date yet.

How were you able to add it to the US MyGarage without that?

I did try a few things on your Canadian tracking page but it looks like it only has the status info and not all of the other data.

Edit: I guess it could be asking me that if it is already on another account. When it was not used then you were able to add it without it. Maybe try deleting from that account.

It gives an option to me to confirm ownership. If I select no, it lets me still add it to garage without the purchase date. I've deleted it from my account now, so let me know if it makes a difference.

It is still asking for the purchase date when confirming ownership so it must know the difference between US and CA vehicles. I tried selecting no, it was added. The F12 process does show some data however a lot of it is missing.

What did you enter in the purchase date ? I've been able to locate the car and also trying to add to MyGarage but juste like TurtleBoy , I am being asked for the purchase date.

When I entered one, it said there was a problem and sent me back to home page. It now says I've had too many attempts.

Mine arrived at the dealership today after a Long Slow train ride and Car Carrier ride to Ontario Canada.

How were you able to add your Canadian car on mygarage? I called the Genius and they said mygarage won't pull up Canadian productions.
