Hey all! I’ve been reading different threads and I thought maybe people are currently going through what I’m going through. I ordered a 2023 x5 xdrive40i on the 19th of January. Production date of the 14th of February and release to the carrier on the 16th of February. Originally it was supposed to reach my Denver dealership on Feb 20 but apparently the trucking company….has problems? No-one can actually give me a date it’ll leave so theoretically I could wait the rest of my life….is anyone else having a similar problem?

My production date was February 13th and my X5 has been sitting in “dispatched from factory “ status since last Wednesday.

Have you called the genius number? Did they more or less give you a verbal shrug too?

Did either of you get resolution yet? How quick was delivery to your dealer after 'awaiting carrier assignment'?
