Back to Order Received?

My build just went from “Scheduled to Production” back to “Order Received.” Is it normal to go backwards like this?

It is not the normal sequence of events but it does happen. Likely a shortage of parts is causing it to be rescheduled.

My dealer thinks it's due to some type of factory rescheduling that occurred in South Carolina. Is that plausible or did they give my allocation to another customer?

If the dealer gave the allocation to someone else you would be getting a new prod number

If the prod number is the same, then yes, it’s seems likely like the factory rearranged their schedule and happened to impact your order

This happened several times for my 22 g80 order. The factory rescheduled things a few times with a lot of forum speculation around what part was causing the issue.

Anyone else with a 50e order get pushed back? I was Week 29 (or 30), and now I'm looking at the second week of September.
